HOW TO SUBMIT

  1. Review the list of categories and decide which category, or categories, you wish to submit a nomination for. You may enter a nomination for yourself, or your own organization.
  2. Review the submission question(s) and required information prior to developing your entry. Be sure to review the scoring rubrics to ensure your submission meets the judging criteria.
  3. Once your entry is finalized, submit via the online form. Following submission, you will not be able to edit or alter your entry.
